What types of tours are offered?

At Forest Creek, we offer both in-person tours and convenient virtual online tours, giving families the flexibility to explore our community in the way that works best for them.

What lease terms are available?

At Forest Creek we offer 12 month term leases.

How do I apply?

To apply at Forest Creek, you have two convenient options. You can visit our office, where one of our team members will be happy to assist you with completing a paper application. Or, you can click “Apply Online” to complete your application from the comfort of your home. When applying online, you can select your desired room and lease term based on your preferences.

What are the application and move-in fees?

At Forest Creek, our application fee is only $30 per person age 18 and older. We do not charge any administrative fees, helping make the application process simple and affordable. Our security deposit is just $300.

What are the monthly fees in addition to rent?

At Forest Creek, we do not charge any additional monthly fees on top of your rent. Residents are only responsible for their electricity bill, which is paid separately from rent.

Is renters' insurance required?

Renters insurance is required for all residents living at Forest Creek. Residents must maintain active renters insurance throughout their residency.

When is rent due and how can I pay?

Rent at Forest Creek is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late after the 5th. For your convenience, residents can make rent payments online through the Resident Portal.

What are the credit and income qualifications?

Forest Creek requires valid proof of income as part of the application process. We also review background information, rental history, and credit history to determine eligibility.

What happens if a roommate does not qualify?

"At Forest Creek, all roommates must meet our qualification requirements in order to live on the property. If your roommate does not qualify, they will not be able to reside at Forest Creek. However, you may still proceed with your own application and may be able to secure the apartment independently, provided you meet all applicable qualification requirements."

Can I break my lease if I receive a job transfer?

Forest Creek offers a lease buyout option for residents who need to end their lease early. Residents who choose this option are still required to provide 60 days’ written notice. Additional buyout terms and requirements may apply.

Can I switch to a month-to-month lease after my first year?

Forest Creek does not offer month-to-month leases. Residents are required to choose from our available lease-term options when signing their lease.

Is there a guest policy?

At Forest Creek, visiting guests may stay for up to 7 days. If a guest needs to stay longer than 7 days, they must complete an application and be approved and added to the lease.

Do you offer furnished apartments?

Forest Creek does not offer furnished apartments. Our apartments are provided unfurnished, allowing residents to personalize their space and make it feel like home.

Is subletting allowed?

Forest Creek does not allow subletting. Residents may not rent or lease their apartment to another person.

What are the starting prices for each floor plan?

We encourage you to call the Forest Creek office with any leasing questions you may have. One of our friendly team members will be happy to assist you and provide the information you need.

What floor plans are available?

Forest Creek offers a variety of floor plans to fit your needs, including 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom; 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom; and 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartments.

What appliances are included?

At Forest Creek, each apartment comes equipped with essential kitchen appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, providing residents with added convenience.

Are washers and dryers included?

Forest Creek apartments do not include washers and dryers, but each apartment is equipped with washer and dryer hookups, allowing residents to bring or install their own appliances.

What are the countertops and flooring like?

At Forest Creek, our apartments feature white countertops and white cabinets, creating a bright, clean, and modern look throughout the kitchen. At Forest Creek, apartments feature light gray vinyl flooring in the main living areas, with carpet in the bedrooms for added comfort.

Do units have patios or balconies?

At Forest Creek, our apartments feature private patios with an additional storage closet, providing residents with extra outdoor space and convenient storage for their belongings.

Is there smart home or keyless entry technology?

There is not smart home or keyless entry technology.

Is there air conditioning?

At Forest Creek, all apartments offer central heating and air conditioning, providing residents with comfortable temperatures throughout the year.

Community Amenities

What amenities does the community offer?

At Forest Creek, we offer a variety of amenities for residents to enjoy, including an on-site swimming pool, fitness center, and a children’s park. Our community spaces provide opportunities for residents and families to relax, stay active, and enjoy time outdoors.

What are the pool hours?

At Forest Creek, residents can enjoy our on-site swimming pool, which is open daily from 10:00 AM until sunset.

Is the fitness center accessible 24/7?

Forest Creek offers an on-site fitness center conveniently located inside the community office. The gym is available to residents during our regular office hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Is there a dog park or pet washing station?

Forest Creek does not currently offer a dog park or pet washing station on the property. However, we are conveniently located near Lake Hefner, which offers a dog park and outdoor spaces where residents can enjoy time with their pets.

Are EV charging stations available?

Forest Creek does not currently provide electric vehicle (EV) charging stations on the property. Residents with electric vehicles are responsible for making their own charging arrangements.

Is the community smoke-free?

Forest Creek is a smoke-free community dedicated to promoting a clean, healthy, and comfortable environment for all residents and their guests.

Forest Creek is not a gated community, providing residents and their guests with easy access throughout the property.

How does parking work?

At Forest Creek, parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the community. We offer parking for both cars and motorcycles, making it convenient for residents and their vehicles.

General Community Information

How do I submit a maintenance request?

At Forest Creek, residents have two convenient ways to submit maintenance service requests. You can call the office to place a request, or you can submit one online through the Resident Portal at any time.

How are packages handled?

At Forest Creek, residents are welcome to have packages delivered directly to their apartment. Please note that we do not accept or hold packages in the office, so all deliveries should be addressed directly to your apartment.

What schools serve this community?

Forest Creek is served by Will Rogers Elementary School, Hefner Middle School, and Putnam City High School. For added convenience, the school bus picks up students directly in front of the Forest Creek office.

What are the leasing office hours?

"Forest Creek office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Our office is closed on weekends. For our current residents, we also offer after-hours emergency maintenance to ensure that urgent maintenance needs are addressed when our office is closed."
